Mako's fleet is composed of machinery necessary to the wide range of infrastructure development works with Western Australia.
Excavators:
Mako's fleet of Sumitomo Excavators all have less than 5000hrs of work done. All Machines are in pristine condition with servicing guidlines and manufacturer recommendations being followed throughout each machines life cycle.
Mako's Excavator fleet comprises of:
- Sumitomo SH330 Excavators (33 tonne)
- Sumitomo SH240 Excavators (24 tonne)
- Sumitomo SH225X Excavators (22 tonne)
- Sumitomo SH160 Excavators (16 tonne)
- Sumitomo SH80 Excavators (8 tonne)
- Sumitomo Telescopic Clam-shell (20 tonne)
- Yanmar VIO50 Excavators (5 tonne)
Rock Breaking:
Mako uses Indeco MES Rock breakers. Rockbreakers are posessed to suit 5, 8 and 22.5-33 tonne excavators.
Wheel Loaders:
Mako posesses several John Deere Wheel-Loaders all equivelant to CAT 938. Bucket capacities are 2.8m3 with one loader possessing a quick-hitch and adjustable forks.
Posi-Tracks:
Mako's latest addition to its fleet is the CAT 299C Track Skid-Steer. this unit is available with forks, sweeper and GP bucket.
Water Carts:
Mako also provides water carts, the Mercedes Benz 4wd Dinosaurs hold approximately 15,000 Litres. Due to the towing alignment of these units their efficiency and effectiveness for this purpose matched with low cost is unbatable by newer machinery available from other suppliers.
Rollers:
The Ingersoll SD100D is a convertable roller which easily changes to a padfoot through the addition of an outer skin with the pad's attached. All the same vibratory settings are still useable with the skin applied.
Trench Shoring:
Mako has a wide range of trench shoring boxes available for hire. boxes available include:
- Heavy Duty with Extensions
- Medium Duty
- 3.0m Backhoe boxes
- 2.8m Backhoe boxes
- 2.4m Backhoe boxes
Matching steel plates and reinforcing piles are available.
