Thank you for your interest in opening a credit facility with Mako.
Mako requires that you have a current credit facility with Mako Holdings Pty. Limited before we undertake any work with your firm. New credit account applications may be made by completing the Mako credit_application which includes a Privacy Act declaration and also the completion of a personal_guarantee which is to be undertaken by company directors of propriety limited companies. Upon completion of these forms, please forward the originals to PO box 137 Maddington WA 6989. If the matter is urgent, you may forward copies to our office via email or fax. However, your account will not be authorised until the originals are received.
To avoid disappointment, it should be noted that Mako will not compromise on the requirement for personal guarantees from applicants. Mako applies this policy to all propriety limited applicants, regardless of industry prominence or financial history and does not reflect any doubt over the applicant's financial status nor their ability to service its accounts.
Failure to Make Payment when Due
Mako undertakes its financial commitments seriously and ensures its commitments are paid within the agreed time frame. Our trade accounts are generally 30 days and as such we insist that they be paid at the appropriate time. Failure to do so will result in discussions and if not satisfactorily resolved, swift action will be undertaken. Mako considers that it is the client's responsibility to ensure payment can be made within the agreed time frame prior to ordering the work. Failure to seek extended credit arrangements prior to ordering work will not be acceptable. Any account which enters 60 days may be immediately closed and any future work will need to be undertaken under a new credit application.
