What is the Role Really?
This will be a changing role. You will be required to take the lead on all mechanical work and be hands on. We anticipate that this will change in time for the right person to more supervision as the business expands.
If you are not happy with doing hands on work, then this is not the role for you. Everyone one at Mako, including the owners, do what needs to be done, safely. The same would be expected of you.
Remuneration
Mako believes that all staff should be paid according to their value and performance. Mako prefers not disclose intended wages or salary but will endeavour that any offer will be at the top end for your skills and experience for this environment.
You may in your application suggest an indicative rate but this is not necessary. If you are short listed for an interview, you will be asked to provide a desired income for the role which will be discussed and considered carefully prior to an offer being made.
