The Mako group of companies is a civil engineering contractor and service provider based in Perth, Western Australia and operates throughout the state.  

Mako has three main divisions:

• Civil - civil engineering construction services; 
• Trenchless - Microtunnelling, auger boring & caisson services;
• Hire - wet and dry hire of machinery to the civil construction and mining communities.

Mako was established in 1987 and has built a solid reputation based on their core values of safety, productivity and efficiency.  Mako Civil generally undertakes projects as the prime contractor for a wide range of clients, including the Water Corporation of  WA, the Department of Housing and Works, Verve Energy, Harvey Water, various City and Shire councils and private developers.  This website includes information on current projects providing status reports and all projects constructed historically.

Mako Trenchless has a strong capability in the Slurry shield, Pilot displacement and Auger thrust boring with over ten years experience in varied conditions.  Mako Trenchless operates as both prime contractor and specialist subcontractor on projects requiring these services.
